Accessing the Channel Mixer in JBL Pro Connect

This article explains how to access the Channel Mixer in the JBL Pro Connect app and provides an overview of the channel-level controls available for supported JBL loudspeakers, including channel naming, input EQ, FX Sends, ducking, and mute controls.
Installing the Pro Connect app and Connecting to Speakers:
Search for “JBL Pro Connect” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, then download and install the app.

Accessing the Channel Mixer:
Once your speaker is successfully connected, tap the name of the connected speaker to open the Channel Mixer view.
The Channel Mixer view in the JBL Pro Connect app is used to control and adjust the Audio Channels Input and Main Output of a compatible JBL speaker.
Channel Mixer allows you to:
- Rename your input channels
- Enable or disable 48V Phantom Power and mute channels
- Adjust the input EQ Settings
- Enable and adjust FX sends
- Enable or Disable, and Adjust the Ducking Settings
- Adjust the output EQ Settings
Rename your Input Channels:
To rename an input channel, press and hold the channel name, enter your desired name, then tap “⬆️” to confirm.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This feature is supported only on the PRX ONE and EON ONE MK2 series models. It is not available on the EON ONE Compact, EON700 Series or PRX900 Series.
Enable or Disable 48V Phantom Power and Mute channels:
You can enable or disable 48V Phantom Power and Mute for each input channel by tapping the corresponding icons.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This feature is supported only on the PRX ONE, EON ONE Compact and EON ONE MK2 series models. It is not available on the EON700 Series or PRX900 Series.
Adjust the input EQ Settings:
Tap “EQ” below the Channel Name to access your Channel Input EQ.

You can also access the Output EQ from this view, just tap EQ at the bottom of the screen, directly underneath the name of your Speaker.
Additional Information:
If a feature described in this article is unavailable, verify that your speaker model supports that function and that both the speaker firmware and JBL Pro Connect app are up to date.
