My V-Rack is missing holes for the Amplifiers, the outside wall has the proper holes drilled in, but it doesn’t go all the way through.
Answer:
? If your V-Rack does not have properly drilled holes (as shown below), please contact our Service Department to request an Advanced Replacement. This issue is the result of a production defect.
Then you will need to contact us for a advance replacement as this was an issue in production.

- Check your V-rack for the holes.
- Make a claim through the portal if you have the product with missing holes
- TJ have implemented containment actions and will be working on defining proper corrective/preventive actions for this.
