Question:
Is it possible to drive 25V speakers from higher voltage amplifiers without exceeding their voltage rating?
Answer:
The CDi Drivecore 300W and DCi Drivecore 300W amps are capable of 49VRMS output even at their Lo Z settings.
Since these amplifiers do provide more than 25VRMS output, you will need to set their limiters so that you do not send more voltage to the loudspeakers than is needed.
