Summary:
The gobo wheel module can experience mechanical jamming or fail to rotate completely into place at low operating temperatures, causing the projected gobo image to be partially blocked or cut off.
Troubleshooting:
Update the fixture firmware via CN184598 (available in Martin Companion).
This update adjusts the hardware warm-up thresholds to ensure smooth mechanical movement at lower temperatures.
If updating the firmware does not resolve the issue, the fixture may belong to the first production batch which requires a hardware module swap.
