I have a JBL EON ONE MK2 and bought an extra battery, can I install the 2 batteries at the same time?

No, you can not install 2 batteries into the MK2 at the same time. The bottom of the battery spacer has all 6 pins terminated for battery charging, whereas the top of the battery spacer only has 4 pins terminated for speaker column.
