Summary:
When using the Parametric EQ in Custom mode on Band 1 and 3, adjusting the Gain, Frequency, or Width controls causes the Frequency value to fluctuate randomly between (even when the frequency itself is not being adjusted). This behavior does not occur when using preset EQ modes (e.g., Speech or Female Vocal) and is not present on Band 2 and 4. The speaker is running on firmware 6.2.2, JBL Pro Connect app version 2.01.01.
Troubleshooting:
Issue was resolved with the release of the firmware version: 6.3.8.
