What are the software requirements for the Crown XTi 1002, XTI 2002, and XTI 4002 Amplifiers?
XTi 1002, XTi 2002 and XTi 4002 amplifiers with firmware v2.4.0.0 and higher have updated hardware that requires HiQnet Audio Architect version 2.55.2 or higher.
Band Manager v2.00.0.0-R1, and earlier, does not support this updated hardware.
These XTI 2020 amplifiers started shipping in mid-2023.

XTi 6002 amplifiers with firmware v2.1.4.9 and higher have updated hardware that requires HiQnet Audio Architect version 2.55.4 or higher.
Band Manager v2.00.0.0-R1, and earlier, does not support this updated hardware.
These XTI6002 V2 amplifiers started shipping in late 2026.
