Summary:
Shure REV3 wireless microphone receivers are not recognized by Vi consoles for battery monitoring.
Troubleshooting:
Ensure the Shure wireless receiver and the Vi console HiQNet port are connected to the same network and IP address range. With affected Shure REV3 receiver variants, the devices may still not be discovered even when directly connected on the same subnet.
Update the console software to Vi V6.4.8.360 or later. This release adds support for newer REV3 variants of supported Shure wireless receiver systems, restoring wireless monitoring and battery status integration functionality.
