Summary:
Clicking on the panel in a VNC session will not wake the panel from sleep mode. Requires either ending and restarting the VNC session, using a send_command, or physical interaction with the panel, to take it out of sleep mode.
Troubleshooting:
Update panel to version 1.11.42 or newer firmware to resolve this issue.
