Known Issues:

• Any button with a touch style of Active Touch that also has a bitmap image assigned to it, will stop functioning if you upgrade to 2.13.25.
  • The workaround is to change the touch style of the button to Bounding Box OR update to the newest Varia G5 App
• Multiple streaming videos can cause the G5 app to restart if the panel runs out of memory
• After changing persona from Manager, a panel reboot may be required for Manager to recognize the newly selected persona
• A firmware update may reset the display timeout to “Never Sleep”
• An Advanced Settings Reset may not revert Hostname, Proxy, or HControl name back to default values
• In Android 13, the Network Hostname is the same as the OS Device Name. If a custom hostname is required, the device name must be changed in the OS Settings

Information:

• This package is an app update, not a full firmware build.
• A factory reset will revert apps back to the base versions included in firmware version 2.13.25
• It is highly recommended the latest FW version 2.13.25 is loaded on the panel before updating apps.

Known Issues:

    • workaround: use a new subpage set on a pop-up or new page
  • ^SAD may not properly add subpage to the end of the set
