I have added a logo in RPM but the logo is not showing up on my touch panel. How can I get the logo to show up?

The most likely cause of the logo not working on the touch panel is that Authentication on Server Port must be disabled on your processor for this to work. To disable this settings browse to the web gui of your processor, open the security drop-down menu, and select the general option. On the general security options page uncheck the Authentication on Server Ports option and then press the accept button. This will require a reboot of your processor to take effect.
