After updating to firmware version 5.3.7, the effects (FX) stop working and cannot be heard in the mix. Adjusting FX settings or changing presets has no impact. All settings appear to be correct, effects are enabled, send and return levels set properly. The issue happens on all channels, indicating it is likely a general system problem rather than a setup error of a single channel.
Troubleshooting:
A fix for this issue has been released with PRX One firmware version 5.3.9, made available on April 30. Updating to this version resolves the problem with FX not working or being audible in the mix.
