Enabling the Save Log Files Button on the New Precis Line

Question:
How do I enable the "Save Log Files" button on the new Precis line?
Answer:
- Telnet to the unit
- Type "export log file on" and press Enter (Note: this command is not shown in the help menu)
- You will get the following response: Log file download is on, please go to webgui to download log files
- Open the webgui System tab and select the "Save Log Files" button in the Device Log section.
- Check your browser download folder for a Debug_log.zip file.
These debug log files can then be sent to Tech Support for troubleshooting video/system issues.
