Summary:
N3000 decoders may become unresponsive during prolonged operation involving frequent video switching, serial communications, and control commands. Symptoms may include frozen video, failed stream changes, lost control commands/ missed serial communications, requiring a reboot to restore normal operation.
Troubleshooting:
This issue has been resolved with new firmware, an upgrade to v2.12.139, or newer is needed.
