How do you reset the webpage for a SVSI N-Command Controller?
Answer:
The N-Command reset webpage steps:
Note: This will reset login to default:
user: admin
password: password
It will also remove saved scripts and tasks on unit.
Unit IP's will not change.
(This is different than a factory restore using keyboard and monitor connected to unit)
- Download Hercules SETUP utility or some other TCP Client:
https://www.hw-group.com/software/hercules-setup-utility - In Hercules, select TCP Client tab.
- Put the IP address of the N8002/N8012 and port 50020
- Select Connect button
- Once successfully connected to N8002, put this command below and hit Send
- setSettings:factoryRestore:factoryRestore
5. Then open a web browser and go to https://<IP of N8002>/
