Changes to Intonato Settings Not Stored After Reboot
Question:
Why are the changes I made to my Intonato settings not being stored after rebooting the unit?
Answer:
If changes made to settings of the Intonato24 are not maintained following a power cycle, there may be an issue with the main database files. Do not Factory Reset- this will not address the issue! To test, try saving a new Device Backup file from the Settings menu in the JBL Intonato software. Once saved, check the size of the file. It should be around 1.2MB. If less than 1MB/1000KB, this confirms the issue is in the main database files. If you have a previous Device Backup file that is the correct file size: restore the unit from this backup file. After restoring the backup, make a quick, noticeable change to the settings then power cycle the unit. These changes should be retained! If you do not have a valid Device Backup, reach out to HProTechSupportUSA@harman.com for a copy of a valid backup file.

Your system setup will need to be configured from scratch if you do not have a valid Device backup file for your system.
