Summary:
MAC Ultra Wash randomly fails to exit hibernation mode via DMX and requires a power cycle to recover.
Troubleshooting:
- Connect the fixture to a PC running Martin Companion.
- Update the MAC Ultra Wash firmware to version 2.1.0 (released October 2023) or higher.
- Power cycle the fixture and test entering and exiting hibernation mode via DMX to verify normal operation.
