Why is my MAC Aura PXL suddenly in "Compact Direct" mode after upgrading the Firmware to 1.5.1?
Answer:
When upgrading the firmware on MAC Aura PXL to version 1.5.1 the unit will during the firmware update change the DMX control mode to "Compact Direct" DMX mode no matter what control mode it was orhinally in before the firmware update.
This can be changed and set back to Basic or Extended mode from the settings menu on the fixture after the firmware update has been installed and then it will stay in the choosen DMX mode.
