The JEM product line of atmospheric effects sold by the HARMAN’s Martin brand has a new owner. As of July 11th 2025, MSS Professional will manufacture and sell the JEM products under JEM Professional ApS.
The terms of your warranty that covers products including the JEM ZR Series foggers; JEM Hazer; JEM Fans; JEM Glaciator Low Fogger; and effect fluids, will be honored by JEM Professional.
Any orders placed with HARMAN that have not been fulfilled are hereby canceled and require a new order placed through JEM Professional. Product warranties for sold and delivered products will be honored by JEM Professional under the terms set forth by HARMAN.
