To ensure you receive an authentic Harman Professional product, we strongly recommend purchasing only from authorized dealers, distributors, and certified resellers.  Products purchased through authorized sales channels are backed by manufacturer support, warranty coverage, and access to genuine replacement parts and service.

Suspected Counterfeit Products 

If a product serial number cannot be validated in our records, or if there are indications that the unit may not be genuine, Harman Professional may request a copy of the original proof of purchase. 

This documentation may include:

• Sales receipt or invoice
• Seller name and contact information
• Order confirmation or transaction details

The information provided may be reviewed by our legal team as part of our ongoing efforts to investigate and address counterfeit product distribution.   

Product Support Limitations

Please note that Harman Professional is unable to provide warranty service, repairs, technical support, replacement parts, or product registration assistance for devices that cannot be verified as genuine Harman Professional Products.
