A demonstration of installing the USB VID drivers for USB enabled, Crown amplifiers in Audio Architect.

In this video we will show you how to install the USB viid drivers for the USB enabled Crown amplifiers in audio architect when installing audio architect for the first time you will need to install the USB VI drivers in order for audio architect to find the amplifier after you have installed audio architect and launch the software click on file in the upper left hand corner and scroll down to select application options in this window select network connectivity on the left hand side notice the box in the upper right hand corner titled USB devices click add connection to add a USB device in the network connection window you will see two vid 4624 options available select the first USB device and press add connection then do the same for the second USB device two USB devices will now be listed in the network connectivity box click okay to exit this window it may take a few seconds for the device to appear under the discovered devices menu click on the small white triangle next to the discovered drop-down menu and you will see your USB amplifier listed now drag your amplifier into the room one tab to the right then click go online in the menu bar under workflow click no or ignore when the save to device Network window pops up you should now see R and S on the device if the amplifier already has tunings established in the DSP then you will want to click R to receive from the device if the amplifier has no tunings or settings in the DSP then you can click either r or s in this case s will send to the device you are now Fully live to program the amplifier as needed simply double click the amplifier icon to program your DSP if you have any questions please visit www.crownaudio.com
