Question:
I am not getting audio out of my amplifier, what should I do?
Answer:
This one can be tricky, but it usually can be solved. Your best bet is to give us a call when you have a chance to do some live troubleshooting.

Before calling please be ready to answer these questions:
- Is this a new install, or is it an existing installation that was previously working?
- What input devices are you using and how do you have them connected to the amplifier?
- What kind of speakers are you using and which output are you using (8 ohm or 70/100v)?
