The controls on the speaker have stopped working after updating firmware to version 6.3.8. Settings can be changed from the JBL Pro Connect app but the buttons and encoders knobs on the speaker are not responding. How do I restore functonality?
Answer:
In some rare instances, System Lock becomes enabled after a firmware update to version 6.3.8. Disabling System Lock will restore functionality of the controls on the speaker.
- Hold down the following buttons for seven seconds: CH SELECT and DUCKING.
- The following indicators will flash to confirm the change: CH1, CH2, CH3 and CH4.
