Troubleshooting:
1 Check the fixture for power failure or failure of coil L5 connecting to GND on the PSU board.
2 Replace the faulty power supply unit (PSU) with the updated hardware revision PSU.
3 Ensure the fixture firmware is updated to version CN177044 (or later), which includes thermal management improvements that reduce PSU output by 10W if the LED board reaches 70°C.
4 Verify power-on functionality and thermal operation across a standard duty cycle to confirm the issue is resolved.
