Some people have reported issues and errors when running the EASE files for the speaker.

This issue can be fixed by downloading the attached zip file included with this FAQ.

Then, on computer, go to:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\EASE40Data\Global Speakers40\JBL_Pro_Ease_Data_10-3-15\Cinema Products

(The bold italic part of the path may be different based on how the user installed the EASE files.)

Then unpack the downloaded zip file and copy the contents to the same location, telling computer to overwrite existing files of same name.

You should have the latest, working files for the Cinema Speaker 5732 M-H
