DVX Switcher device not appearing on the online tree

Symptoms:
- It was working then it stopped or right out of the box it doesn't show the switcher in the online tree
- Under online tree you may get a "Default Device Switch Device" message.
Possible Causes:
Hardware Issue:
The DVX may have experienced physical damage during shipping or handling.

Firmware Issue:
Outdated or corrupted firmware can lead to unexpected behavior.
- DVX-2265-4K
- DVX-3266-4K
Troubleshooting steps:
- Check that the system is updated to the latest firmware version.
- Remove the DVX from the rack
- Disconnect power and leave it to rest unplugged for 5 min (to allow discharge)
- Remove the screws from the top
- Check all cards are seated and ribbon cables connected (All of this while the power is off, and unit has been disconnected for about 5 min)
Note: If the issue persists after following these steps, an RMA request may be necessary.
