Summary:
A customer reported intermittent loss of characters when receiving large data strings on a DVX-2265. The issue was observed during phonebook queries from a connected Cisco SX80 system, where string lengths can exceed 1400 characters.
Troubleshooting:
Issue resolved with new firmware v1.1.51. or newer.
