How do I create a preset backup on PA2 Control App 1.1.4 (Windows OS) - it just hangs and never completes?

On a fresh install of the PA2 Control App on Windows OS the "C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\PA2\Presets" folder location does not get created.

Manually make the folder via Windows File Explorer and this should resolve the issue.
