Summary:

Larger than expected network utilization by AcendoBook/ RoomBook panels connected to RMS Enterprise.  The network traffic increase is primarily relating to queries to the RMS API's Message queue.

Troubleshooting:

Update to version 1.8.105 or newer firmware for AcendoBook panels.

Update to version 1.1.53 or newer firmware for RoomBook panels.

Download Acendobook/ RoomBook Firmware
