Answer:
From time to time, it may happen that for various reasons (e.g., remote repair, system development) a firmware update is necessary for the Intellivox products. HARMAN can deliver this to the Customers in crypt file format, which can be used with WinControl. However, this option is limited. Only certain serial number devices can be updated using this method and only specific program details can be overwritten. There are no such restrictions when uploading firmware by HARMAN.
