These documents (download 884-DL1-Help With Troubleshooting.zip) are designed assist you in the gathering of information during the troubleshooting process. You will find 3 documents:
Information
- The first is a cover letter.
- The second is a general template listing the basic information required to get a technical evaluation started.
- The third document is an example of a completed document.
We feel that if we have the basic information contained within this document we will be able to provide a more effective response to your issue. The use of these master and panel queries combined with the logging described will allow our Technical staff to formulate a support plan more quickly.
