AVX Manager:
In AVX Manager, devices that are in the same network as the computer will be automatically discovered and displayed in the table.

The table will show the device NAME, MANUFACTURER, FAMILY and MODEL.

The IP address can be edited by clicking this gear icon when hovering over the IP ADDRESS field.

The unit's SERIEL NUMBER and current FIRMWARE VERSION are displayed here:

The latest version available to install is shown here:

Clicking on the drop arrow between the firmware version and download button will show a list of firmware to select for download.

Clicking this icon will open a new window asking to confirm the download and update of the firmware.

Click yes to begin the firmware update.

Firmware updates access a cloud server to update, and the files can be quite large, so it's best to update device firmware on a fast and stable internet connection using a computer connected to a reliable power source.
CAUTION: Rescanning the network can cause an interuption to network traffic. If there is a firmware update in process, wait until that process is complete before clicking the Rescan Network button.
Once the update has begun, the status of the device will show as STARTED, before showing as TRANSFERING.

Once the status changes to UPDATING, the front panel LCD should also display signs of the firmware being updated.

Near the end of the update process, the device's screen may go black, and the fans may ramp up high. This is normal. As the device is rebooting and coming back online, there will be light and encoder activity on the front of the device. At the same time, AVX Manager will show the device as offline until it is fully rebooted. AVX Manager may display an extra Muse device. This is a sub-component of some OMNI processors, this is normal.
Once fully booted, the device will show normally as RUNNING or IDLE in AVX Manager.
