Percentage Converter:
The Percentage Converter can be found in the Logic section of the VIRTUAL LIBRARY under Conversion.

The Percentage Converter provides a high output state when conditions defined in the configuration are met by the incoming Logic or GPI source.
In this example, a continuous logic source is connected to the Percentage Converter.

Open the factory panel for the Percentage Converter and the Logic Source.

The factory panel displays the input level at the top.

Adjusting the Logic Source level will update this value to reflect the incoming signal.

The bottom section of the factory panel defines the conditions for the output to be high.

The configuration specifies: “If the input is" followed by a comparison operator such as “greater than or equal to," and then a value.

The value can be set using the fader, entered manually, or copied from the current input level by selecting the Get from Input button. In the default state, the output will go high when the logic source reaches 50 percent or higher.

This mode is referred to as Compare Mode. The mode can be changed in the OPTIONS section of the PROPERTIES window.

The Equality Precision setting can also be adjusted to determine comparison accuracy when the incoming signal may vary.

Switch to Range Mode to configure a start and stop range. In this mode, the output will be high when the input falls within the defined range.

For additional applications, refer to the article AVX Architect - Using Control Ports with External Devices, which demonstrates using the Percentage Converter with an external wall controller.
