Procedure:
For this example, a two-input, four-output Truth Table has already been placed in the VIRTUAL view workspace.

Clicking the Edit button allows configuration of the Truth Table by manually adjusting the values.

In some cases, a very large table may be difficult to configure in this manner. Using a CSV file enables configuration in a program such as Excel, followed by importing the file directly into the Truth Table in AVX Architect.
To set up the table in Excel, first create and number the input states. In this case, there are four states because the object has two inputs, each with an on and off state.
Begin counting from zero.

Next, fill out the output states. Initially, set all outputs to zero.

Set the high states in descending order on the outputs.

Save the file by navigating to File, then Save As.

Use More OPTIONS or Browse to open the naming and location window. Name the file and change the Save as type to CSV. Save the file.

Return to AVX Architect. Open the Truth Table edit window.
Click Import from CSV.

In the pop-up window, select the CSV file that was created and click Open.

The values set in the CSV file will now appear in the Truth Table.
