Ui Series - How to Prevent Safari from Unzipping Firmware Update File

When downloading the zip file for the Ui Series Firmware Updates, the file needs to stay in a .zip format. However, on a Mac with the Safari web browser, a setting will unzip the file automatically.
To prevent this from happening:
- Go to Safari in the Menu bar, and then click on Preferences.
- Go to the General tab, and uncheck “Open safe files after downloading".
- After going back and downloading the firmware update, the file should now be in the Downloads folder still in a .zip format.
