Symptom:

My PRX800 was working, now I have no output.

Cause:

The common cause of this symptom is the unit was powered down and stored with the volume setting in the app turned all the way down.  

Resolution:

Rebooting the PRX800 will resolve this issue.  

To reboot the PRX800:

​Hold the Main/Monitor button and power the unit on.
