IRX115S Power Modes and Firmware
IRX115S with firmware v5.05
There are three power states: OFF / ON / STANDBY.
- With speaker in ON mode: If there is no signal on input then the speaker will enter STANDBY mode after 1 hour. The speaker will revert to ON mode if signal is present on the input or if the power button is pressed.
- With speaker in STANDBY mode: If there is no signal on input then the speaker will enter OFF mode after 3 hours.
IRX115S with firmware v5.07
There are two power states: OFF / ON.
Speaker will remain in ON mode indefinitely.
Firmware v5.07 was introduced on units manufactured from October 2022 onwards starting with serial numbers listed below for each model:
- JBL-IRX115S-NA: T0040-JM014902
- JBL-IRX115S-EK: T0041-JM012813
- JBL-IRX115S-CN: T0043-JM011591
The date code is designated with the two letters after the hyphen.
- The first letter indicates the month
- The second letter indicates the year.
e.g. JM would be OCT 2022
