How to solve firmware issues on Intellivox products?

Answer:

If there is communication with the device, factory reset can be applied. This can be found in WinControl. From the drop-down menu on the right side of the "Control parameters (double-click on the device icon)" and "Load" button, select "Restore defaults (all presets)" option.

If this does not help, please contact Harman Technical Support, and request a crypt file which also can help to restore the Firmware.

If that doesn't work, it's necessary to send the device for repair.
