Can I connect more than one monitor to NCITE?

Answer:

The NCITE has 3 outputs (2 HDMI and 1 DXLITE). Three displays can be connected at a time. The NCITE is not a matrix switcher however, so the outputs are mirrored. Also, there is only one video scaler. If the scaler is left in auto scaling mode and more than one display is connected, the scaler will automatically drop to a resolution of 720p. By design the scaler does not seek the highest common resolution among connected displays and therefore defaults to 720p. To overcome this set the scaler to manual scaling mode and set the desired resolution.
