I-Tech 4x3500HD amplifiers intermittently restart during operation, causing temporary audio loss, particularly when using specific JBL presets such as A8 and A12.

Troubleshooting:

Check AC voltage and power.
Check Processing Sample Rate - confirm it has not been changed from the preset default (usually 96kHz).
The sample rate can be viewed via the front panel General Properties menu, but can only be changed via software.
