Is it possible to use CAT6 or CAT7 cable rather than CAT5e while making connection between the mixer and stagebox?

Answer:

Soundcraft Mixers may use a CAT5e, CAT6, or CAT7 connection when using the Mini Stagebox L & R.

Soundcraft Mixers must use a CAT5e to have full control of the Compact and Standard Stagebox. Balanced CAT connections prevent pre-amp control in Compact or Standard stageboxes.
