Updating Firmware With the EON ONE MK2 Column Speaker
- Once JBL Pro Connect app is opened, it will automatically detect that a firmware update is required.
Press the “Refresh” Icon to start firmware update.

- Press “CPU” Icon to start the firmware update to v5.3.2.0 in the app.
Bluetooth pairing request will be displayed, select Pair.

- Monitor the progress bar. After it reaches 100%, it will remain at that point for approximately 15–20 seconds before completing update.

Timing is Crucial
As soon as the status changes to "Rebooting the loudspeaker…,"

Immediately force-close (swipe away) the JBL Pro Connect app.
C) Reconnect your Speaker
- Go to iPhone Settings > Bluetooth and Remove/Forget the EON ONE MK2 speaker again.

- Re-open the JBL Pro Connect app and wait for the "Bluetooth Pairing Request" pop-up, select “Pair”.

NOTE:
Immediately after selecting “Pair”, the speaker LCD will turn OFF and will finish rebooting. This process may take some time to complete.
During the reboot, the display will remain off and all channel LEDs will remain lit. This behavior is normal.
If the speaker's LCD remains on after selecting "Pair," the process was not completed correctly.
- Once the speaker has rebooted, verify that the unit has been updated successfully to the latest firmware version.
After confirming the update is complete, perform a factory reset on the unit, Remove/Forget device from iPad/iPhone Bluetooth Settings and once again delete and re-install JBL Pro Connect App.
Ready to use.
You can now proceed to normal operation as if the speaker was new out of the box.
