Hello, my name is Tony Smith and welcome back to the Soundcraft Signature Plus Video Manual Series. In this video, we’re going to talk more about the outputs of these mixers and cover the headphone and control room output controls.
Below the mixer’s physical output connections are the controls for the headphone and control room outputs. A main level knob to control the signal level going out, as well as a mute toggle and an LED for monitoring the signal. DIM is available for a quick volume drop and SUM to sum the output signal to mono.
The rest of the toggles are to select what signals are being fed to the respective output. You can receive any combination of the auxes, the listen bus, the main mix, the USB channels, and the talkback mic. This allows you the flexibility to have separate unique monitoring situations split between your headphones and a monitor speaker in the booth.
