Ui Webpage Redirect not working

Question:
Why do I get a website other than the Soundcraft Ui mixer interface when I go to ui.io or ui-mixer.io?
Answer:
One of two things can cause this.
- You need to disable "Auto-Connect" or "Auto-Join" on your other existing network connection in the WiFi configuration settings of your phone, tablet, or computer. When "Auto-Join" is enabled, your device will automatically revert back to that network connection if you are in range so that you have internet connection. Then, when you enter ui.io or ui-mixer.io into your browser, your device goes out to the internet to search for that instead of connecting to the mixer.
- If you are using an external router instead of the built in hotspot, your router does not know that ui.io or ui-mixer.io is supposed to take you to the mixer interface. Instead, you would need to use the actual IP address of your mixer.
