Question:
How do I get a copy of my MPX-i download if I have not received it via email?
Answer:
If you have not received your MPX-i Native Reverb plugin with your Presonus Bundle. Please contact us by email or phone and let us know your registration information.
Sometimes the email server mishandles the request to send your email and if it does not show up in your email box or spam, then we have to look it up in our registrar manually.
Do not submit the registration more than once in hopes to get the plugin if it doesn't arrive. Contact tech support to retrieve this for you.
