For RS-485 control and monitoring, connect the host interface A line to Y and B line to Z on the Intellivox connector. Use a twisted, shielded pair for the data lines and wire all units in parallel, utilizing a daisy chain topology rather than star or other connection patterns. Make sure each Intellivox has a unique network address and that WinControl is set to the correct COM port before scanning for devices.
