Vertical Market fails to display within AMX License Manager (applies to RMS Enterprise, Vision2, Inspired Xpert applications)

In some scenarios, such as if the server lacks Internet connection, AMX License Manager will fail to display anything in the drop-down selector for vertical market. This prevents the completion of the licensing step for the application installed.

Procedure

To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\AMX\AMX License Manager
Copy 'license-attributes.xml'
Navigate to C:\programdata\amx\licensing
Paste 'license-attributes.xml'
Go back into AMX License Manager and the vertical market list should now be populated.
