RMS Transporter Not Detecting Devices

Issue applicable to RMS 4.8.0- RMS 4.8.5):
RMS Transporter isn't detecting devices, despite being connected to RMS and the devices are online/ communicating.
Possible Cause:
- It's possible that the top-level location group name has been modified from the default value of 'All Groups', preventing correct lookup of the items contained within RMS.
Resolution:
In RMS > Management > Locations - the location groups in the left pane, check that the top-most entry is renamed back to the default entry of 'All Groups'. Restart Tomcat and Transporter services.
A future update to RMS will be made available, preventing this entry from being modified.
