. In this video, we’re going to quickly cover some of the keyboard shortcuts available in AVX Architect.
The whole application can be zoomed in and out by pressing Control and Plus/Minus, while Control Zero will reset the zoom to default. This application zoom can also be done by holding Control and using your mouse scroll wheel while outside of the canvas workspace. Doing so inside the canvas will zoom only the canvas in and out. If an object is selected, pressing Control and Space will zoom the canvas to the selected object. Without an object selected, Control and Space will zoom to fit the entire canvas. Notice how this zoom to fit the canvas will fit all objects in the zoomed area.
The side panes of AVX Architect can be hidden. The shortcut for this is Control, Alt, and L for the left pane, R for the right pane, and P for both panes. Pressing the shortcut again will bring the panes back. Double clicking on a section of a pane will hide that section. Double clicking again will expand it. F11 will toggle full screen mode in the system, virtual, and design views, as well as inside of custom panels. Control R can be used to reload the current window. The Alt key will expand and collapse the application menu. Control C can be used to copy an object or Control X to cut, and paste it with Control V. Control Z will undo an action and Control Y will redo it.
