In this tutorial, we explore the NOT gate object in the Virtual View of AVX Architect. Learn how this logic gate works, where to find it in the Virtual Library, and how to configure its properties for DSP logic processing. The NOT gate inverts the input state, making it a simple yet powerful tool for control logic in AV systems.
Transcript
In this video, we’ll continue to explore the Virtual view of AVX Architect and look at the various Logic Gate objects. The NOT gate is a Boolean logic object used to create conditional actions within the program. The NOT gate has one input and one output. The NOT gate is used to invert the state of a logic signal. If the input is ON, the output will be OFF. If the input is OFF, the output will be ON.
The Logic NOT object does not have a Factory panel. All the parameters available for this object are found on the right, in the “Properties” window. The “Properties” window has the usual naming, workspace location, and DSP allocation settings. There are no additional options for the Logic NOT object.
